Ice crusher:
Crushed ice is needed for a lot of cocktails. This one’s
not a must have, because a towel and hammer can give you the same
result.
Knife and a cutting board:
Can be found in every average kitchen but for a new bar a must have.
Fruit press:
Fresh orange juice tastes ten times better than boxed-stuff does.
Mixer:
Again not a must-have but some cocktails make it necessary. It’s
a question how much you want to spend on your equipment.
Some more useful think you should think of are: ice, something
to serve the ice in (like a bucket), straws or something to seal
your open champagne bottles with.
